Here are some of the most common questions we’ve gotten for the upcoming events that we hope helps to answer any questions you have. If you have a question that you do not see an answer for, please reach out and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

The cost of the tickets includes the entertainment and activities that are all a part of the event, so even if your child won’t be eating at the event, a ticket is still required.

Yes, strollers are allowed at the event. Space will be limited, but we will do our best to accommodate as many as possible.

Tickets are not transferable to a different event during the Gala weekend. If, however, you are not able to attend, you can transfer your ticket to another person to attend the event that the ticket was purchased for.

Costumes are encouraged, but not mandatory. Costume contests will take place during each event including special categories for adults and children.

Yes, they do. It is a price of admission. The events are limited by capacity restrictions in the venue.

Donations for our silent and live auction, costume contest prizes and more will also be gladly accepted and recognized as a partnership.

Yes, the chefs are carefully curating menus with options for people with dietary restrictions.

There are a couple of high chairs, but no booster seats at the Storybook Gala, so please come prepared accordingly. We will do our best to accommodate all families. If you have any special concerns, please reach out.
